We dispatch your items in 2-3 business days, and post your packages with 2nd class Royal Mail which also takes around 2-3 business days when delivering to the uk, and approximately 7-14 days for international orders

Please note that commissions and made to order pieces may take longer be dispatched, up to 14 working days.

We do not accept returns as many of our pieces are made to order and personalised there for are not resalable, However if you have any problems please feel free to contact us at honukaijewellery@gmail.com.

At the moment we are not accepting customs, however if there are any stones, sizes, design ect let us know and we may be able to include your desired piece in our next collection
